Myth- Visiting restaurants or dependency over junk foods should stop immediately.

Truth-
It is right that you haven’t to eat fast foods as that are loaded with empty calories but you needn’t to deprive yourself to that kind of foods. The thing you have to do is to just keep the knowledge how much calories you are taking in. You also needn’t to take combos having large meals. You can eat salads and grilled chicken breast sandwich there. It should have less mayonnaise and cheese. Chicken fries, French fries and soft drinks should be avoided. Believe me, you can even loss your weight by going to restaurant but just keep these things in mind.

Myth- You shouldn’t to eat food after 8-9 pm

Truth- As it was mentioned above that the most important thing to lose weight is calorie count not which time you are eating the food. You can eat anything at time of the whole day cycle.

Myth- For those who want to get muscles should eat more protein.

Truth- Some well-known fitness trainers told that protein can shorten weight gain and also the body burns about 20-25% of protein’s calories for its digestion. It is 8% for carbs and 2% for fats. That is why if you eat more protein it will be meant for more energy. Also, dieticians also said that about 2 grams for every kilo of your weight is the enough quantity of protein consumption.

Myth- To lose weight one should take help of pills.
Truth- Nothing is specific if you want to lose weight. The body and health which you can get by exercising and healthy diet can’t be replaced with just a pill. Pills are meant for weight loss but for very short period of time.

After stopped taking of pills you regain your weight. You can even try herbal product for weight loss, that takes time to show results but are definite and free from side effects.

Myth- An exercise of duration 20-25 minutes is sufficient to burn fat.


Truth-
When you work out at high intense level, your body uses that energy to burn body fat. It clarifies that you just don’t need to exercise for 20-25 minutes for burning that fat; it will just take your 10-12 minutes, in which you need to do some short burst of high intensity movement.
