Understanding Alopecia Areata and how it is responsible for hair loss

Alopecia areata is a skin issue that results in hair loss and it is not the patterned hair loss as the person having the same would loss the hair in patches usually on the scalp. The bald patches appears when they are affecting the limited area but get back after the gap of 12 months or less but for some cases, the problem even lasts longer and can be more severe and that is there due to total baldness or alopecia totalis or total loss of body hair and usually it attacks the man compared to woman and leave them looking for male pattern baldness cure to deal with the issue.

Causes of alopecia areata?- Alopecia areara is an autoimmune reaction and it is indication that immune system of the body is attacking the body’s own cells by mistaken, when one is having the condition then the cells started attacking hair follicles especially follicles within the scalp. Diagnosis-
When you would visit your doctor to discuss the issue then he would examine the areas having symptoms of hair loss and the areas as well.
